The Public Speaking Intensive · 3-day immersive experience

The Public Speaking Intensive

Three immersive days to change how you show up when you speak.

This is deeper than presentation training. It’s three days of coaching, practice and nervous-system work designed to help experienced professionals speak with greater authenticity, influence and ease — without becoming a polished version of someone else.

What you’ll leave able to do

Impactful public speaking is about connection, not performance.

Over three days, you’ll learn how to translate your ideas, expertise and personality into presence and power whenever you need to speak.

  • Present with clarity and conviction in high-pressure environments.
  • Regulate nerves so you stay composed and credible.
  • Express authority and authenticity without losing warmth.
  • Engage an audience through storytelling and genuine confidence.

The Intensive combines speaker coaching, practical communication skills and neuroscience-informed techniques that help the learning go deeper than presentation tips.

“Exceptional speaker training – thoroughly professional.”

Public Speaking Intensive
Who it’s for

For people who already speak — and are ready to deepen how they do it.

This Intensive is for professionals who already communicate as part of their role, but want to feel more confident, natural and impactful when the stakes are higher.

It’s ideal for:

  • Senior professionals and business leaders who want to elevate how they present and communicate.
  • Managers and emerging leaders preparing for larger platforms — from keynote talks to internal presentations.
  • Consultants, coaches and subject-matter experts who want their expertise to land with greater impact.
  • Purpose-driven professionals who want to speak with authenticity as well as authority.

This isn’t an introductory public speaking course. It’s for people who are ready to refine, deepen and expand how they communicate — and discover what becomes possible when they stop trying to perform and start genuinely connecting.

What makes it different

Not a course. An immersion.

This isn’t three days of presentation tips. It’s an immersive coaching experience designed to change your relationship with speaking — combining practical skill-building with deeper work around confidence, presence and the nervous system.

Coaching, not just training

You’re supported, challenged and coached throughout — with space to explore the individual patterns that affect how you communicate.

A full immersion

Three days away from everyday demands gives you the space to practise, reflect and integrate the work at a much deeper level.

Small group, deep connection

With only 12 participants, you get personalised attention and the confidence that comes from practising in a genuinely supportive room.

Work with your nervous system

Learn to understand and work with your body’s response to pressure, so nerves become something you can navigate rather than something you need to eliminate.

Wondering whether it’s right for you?

Start with a no-pressure conversation. We’ll talk about where you are now, what you want to change and whether the Intensive is the right next step.

You’ll stay in your own private bedroom and enjoy chef-prepared vegetarian meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are all included.

The setting is part of the experience:

  • Beautiful surroundings: Gardens, sea air and open skies create natural space to think and reset.
  • Exceptional food: High-quality vegetarian food designed to sustain energy and focus.
  • Time to breathe: Walks on the Downs, shared meals and fireside conversations create space around the coaching.
  • Wellbeing built in: Mindfulness, movement and optional restorative bodywork help you stay grounded throughout.

The structure

Three days. Each stage builds on the last.

Each day combines insight, practical coaching, speaking practice and reflection — moving from understanding how you currently show up to confidently applying the work in the situations that matter.

Day 1

Clarity & Connection

Explore your current relationship with public speaking, identify the patterns that hold you back and create a clear blueprint for how you want to think, feel and show up.

Day 2

Skills & Practice

Work through Matt’s Six Point Speaker Framework with focused learning, live speaking, personalised coaching, feedback and plenty of practical application.

Day 3

Integration & Application

Ground the learning through nervous-system work, reflection and practical application, then translate what you’ve learned into your professional and personal life.
