I absolutely loved Reset: Public Speaking Retreat hosted by Matt & Beth & Zoe & Adam. The whole arc of the three days was beautifully crafted with each part building naturally to the next. It helped me clearly vocalise who I am, what I do, and why I’m good at it, all within a supportive group who chose to master their voice together. The setting at Florence House was gorgeous with amazing meals, yoga, meditation, and nervous system training. Matt and his team created a holistic experience combining the physical, energetic, and spiritual aspects of voice. Over the RESET: public speaking retreat, I gained even more clarity on my presence and what is important to me when public speaking. By lasering into this, I showed up more authentically aligned with my purpose, sharing my message from my heart.

Matt and the team were great at creating a safe, supportive and trusting environment. Not only did I grow personally, learn tools and embody how I wanted to show up when public speaking, I also got to meet a great bunch of people from different walks of life. I learnt alot from the group too, experiencing others speaking styles first hand and receiving valuable feedback.
