WATCH: Re-frame how you see 'failure' with three simple questions

We all suffer from imposter syndrome and a worry about the things we ‘get wrong’. The feelings that accompany this; negativity, self doubt, anxiety and more, are only magnified if this perceived ‘failure’ is in front of people.

Nearly all the clients I work with come to me with stories of how they ‘got it wrong’ or somehow ‘failed’ in some form or another.

As we’re in the New Year, it seems sensible to re-visit a concept I came up with many years ago, that is still used in organisations across the world. The Church of Fail - a simple three-question framework to help you change your relationship with the things you feel you have got wrong.

Give it a watch, and give it a go.
